apple announcement

Apple recently unveiled the new iPhone. They have long been expected to deliver the news at the Worldwide Developers Conference in San Jose, but it appears that they will finally make the announcement, according to a number of inside sources. Steve Jobs has often used his keynote address during the conference to draw attention to some of their other announcements. Bloggers have speculated that the iPhone HD, will be the highlight of the conference.

PCWorld recently stated that they believe that the announcement will include the latest version of their web browser for the iPhone, Safari. They will also likely be unveiling the MAC OS X update, along with a number of new features that will be included on the iPhone.

One of the most highly anticipated features that will be included is the front facing camera, which will allow users to video chat on their phone using the camera placed facing forward. This will be an excellent utility for business meetings, and will allow users to connect with each other more personally.
The price of the new iPhone will start at $ 199 in the USA and will be available on June 24 in the United States, France, Germany, Japan and the United Kingdom before being marketed in 18 other countries in July of 2010.

A number of websites around the net will have live blogs running during the conference. The announcement is one of the biggest that the company will be announcing, and stock is expected to make a steep incline at opening tomorrow.
